Role Summary

Fuel associates are focused on running the fuel station. They assist customers, accept payments, stock the shelves and maintain cleanliness of the fuel station. May require standing for long periods of time. For complete job duties and requirements, see the job description.

What You'll Do

As a fuel station associate at Walmart, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced, customer-centered environment. You will support fuel station operations by ensuring compliance with all regulations, as well as ensuring the shelves stay stocked with our customer's favorite grab and go items for the road. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
