• Join a FQHC / Community Health Center to provide patient care
• 100% outpatient / ambulatory practice
• Strong Provider, Nursing, and Medical Support team
• Work with team of one other physician and NP
• 50 / 50 split of infectious disease and primary care
• Treatment of HIV, Hepatitis A / B / C, lyme disease, and other general ID conditions
• Standard business hours 9-5, Thursdays open until 8pm, will rotate with 2 other providers (so expect one evening 12-8pm every three weeks)
• Call schedule taken by phone only
