Medicare Market Expansion Director

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Market Expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute a market expansion strategy, including maintaining a state-by-state market PACE landscape map

Oversee state and federal RFP / application preparation and submission processes

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on market-entry strategies and represent the organization with external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

6-8+ years of healthcare experience with Medicare and / or Medicaid market expansion strategy

Demonstrated success in managing expansion processes for Medicare / Medicaid products and state / federal application processes

Ability to lead with influence among internal and external stakeholders

Strong ability to navigate ambiguity

Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare preferred
