About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : Minimum of 2 years required

License : Current nursing license required

Certifications : ACLS, BLS

Must-Have :

EP Lab and Cardiac Cath Lab competencies required.

Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.

Description :

Candidate will work 10-hour shifts between the hours of 6 AM and 7 PM.

Weekend shifts may be required as needed.

Candidate must be willing to stay until the last patient is cared for.

Call may be required on a case-by-case basis.

Clinical fit will be assessed by clinical staff before further consideration.

Interviews will be conducted by hiring management.

Tobacco and fragrance-free facility.

Candidate may care for COVID patients.

Unit consists of 4 dedicated Cardiac Catheterization Labs and 2 dedicated Electrophysiology labs.

The unit has 23 prep / recovery bays.

Over 6,000 procedures are completed per year.

Advanced cardiovascular treatments include complex coronary procedures, mammal assist devices, ECMO, and structural heart procedures.

Special procedures include TAVR, left atrial appendage occlusion, PFO / ASD closure, mitral valve clipping, and complex atrial and ventricular ablations.

Procedures include pacemaker / ICD implant and explanation, cardioversion, and pulmonary interventions.

Additional skills necessary include arrhythmia induction, tilt table study, and procedural sedation administration / monitoring.

Candidates must have prior experience in handling patients in an invasive cardiology setting.
