Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Brandywine Upper Providence you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents. Led by the communitys Clinical Services Director our Wellness Nurse is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who provides direct nursing care to the Residents with an emphasis on holistic wellness. They also help supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by care staff of Certified Nursing Assistants.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess residents and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate care
• Maintain clinical documentation and compliance
• Supervise nursing staff and support resident activities
