Pay Range : $33 - $58 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

- Perform the full nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to individual needs and cultural backgrounds.
- Partner with patients and families through clear communication, bedside shift reports, and ongoing education.
- Apply evidence-based practice to deliver safe, high-quality clinical care.
- Teamwork & Collaboration (25%)
- Coordinate safe, efficient care delivery and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
- Foster an inclusive, respectful work environment built on teamwork and accountability.
- Participate in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives that elevate patient outcomes and staff engagement.
- Professional Development & Mentorship (10%)
- Complete all competency assessments, mandatory education, and ongoing training.
- Serve as a preceptor and mentor to new nurses and students, promoting a supportive, growth-oriented culture.
- Evidence-Based Practice & Research (5%)
- Champion evidence-based care and engage in clinical research or process improvement activities.
- Adhere to all safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
- Use data and evidence to guide and refine clinical decision-making.
- Resources & Support (5%)
- Plan and coordinate patient care across the continuum with other care team members.
- Support efficient use of clinical resources and contribute to developing best-practice protocols.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience :
