The Medical Records Clerk II will perform a full range of duties in the Medical Records Department, including but not limited to :

• Ensure medical records are maintained in a manner compliant with HIPAA rules and regulations to protect Patient Health Information (PHI).
• Fulfills medical records requests related to area of subpoenas, Legal requests, disability, social security, and all other general release of medical records
• Manages medical records workflows and advises management on backlogs where necessary
• Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.

Salary range : $26.42 - $37.49 hourly
