We’re hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead our field crews and ensure best-in-class service across a wide variety of service offerings including :

• Grease trap pumping, cleaning, replacement & installation
• Residential & commercial septic and wastewater system maintenance, repair and replacement
• Storm water system maintenance (Hi-Vac)
• Drain cleaning
• Portable toilet rental, delivery, setup, servicing and removal

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage people, keep jobs moving, and make sure work gets done safely, on time, and to spec. You’ll also work closely with with other operations leaders & support team members, sales and dispatching / logistics. If you’ve got experience in field-based services, know how to lead a crew, and want a path toward bigger leadership roles, we want to talk.

Requirements :

Compensation details : 80000-95000 Yearly Salary
