Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,706 per week in Fort Dodge, IA

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Local travelers are not accepted; candidates must have a taxable address at least 50 miles from the facility. Workload for acute patients is 10-12 per day and for outpatient patients is 8-10 per day. Submission includes work history or resume, home or taxable address, skills checklist completed within one year, and license verification. References are highly preferred and will be required during onboarding if the candidate accepts an offer. Proof of taxable address is also needed to verify compliance with local traveler policy.
