We are seeking an Operations Manager for full-time position. This is an office-based position available for candidates who are very smart, confident, extremely organized, problem-solver, and motivated to get results.
Job Duties :
- Manage, evaluate, and onboard vendors
- Ensure complete employment file (benefits, documentation of employment, communications, and other employee records)
- Assist in issuing and replacing personnel equipment
- Ensure positive and seamless onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Manage travel arrangements and trip oversight for field employees (travel, hotel reservations, ground transportation, etc.) and all related expense
- Ensure continuous professional licensing and state registration
