Salary : $150,000 - $225,000

What You Will Do

As the founding Product Manager on the team, you'll own the entire experience for the platform's most important users-providers and patients.

You will :

• Lead development across onboarding, retention, satisfaction, and growth.
• Design and optimize workflows for self-serve and enterprise healthcare providers.
• Analyze product usage data to identify drop-off points and surface key insights.
• Drive product strategy with high-touch involvement in UX, copywriting, and design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and support to align product direction with business objectives.
• Sit in on sales and enterprise implementation meetings to deeply understand client needs.
• Develop experiments, shape roadmap priorities, and execute new initiatives across the platform.
• Serve as a key decision-maker alongside the CEO, impacting product direction and company growth.
