g. Reconcile financial reports and invoices and communicate regularly to stakeholders.
h. Develop key communication updates to stakeholders to ensure continued alignment.
i. Support and implement change management initiatives to drive successful adoption and utilization.
j. Support onboarding training and documentation for the department.
k. Assist with process documentation reporting and workflow optimization.
l. Provide day-to-day marketing operations support to the department on a variety of tasks and initiatives.
m. Help coordinate logistics for department workshops and cross-functional initiatives.
