Ampler dba Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager. This position operates under the direct management of the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and helps lead the restaurant team.

Responsibilities include ensuring consistent customer satisfaction, developing people, demonstrating leadership and culture, making decisions, communicating effectively, and acting like an owner.

Qualifications include previous management or 2+ years of customer service / fast food experience (highly preferred), high school diploma or GED (highly preferred), reliable transportation, good communication skills, must pass background check criteria, safety-focused, punctual, team oriented, respectful, and motivated, open to work weekends and holidays as needed, ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet, ability to push / pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet, ability to stand and walk for the majority of shift, follow cash handling safety and security procedures, adhere to Company and City / State / US Safety requirements, knowledge of and compliance with Company and Brand HR policies and practices, ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
