Job Responsibilities and Duties :

• Conduct annual wellness visits via telehealth platform
• Review patient medical history and interpret at-home test kit results
• Analyze biometric screening data including glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure, body mass index, and heart rate
• Establish diagnoses and initial plans of care when applicable
• Provide personalized advice and recommendations based on test results and medical history
• Prescribe medications as necessary
• Review and edit transcribed patient conversations
• Manage notification settings for patient availability
• Adapt to flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
