This Colorado-based practice is expanding its real estate team and is looking for an attorney who wants true ownership of transactions—leases, acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing—while working directly with sophisticated clients across the Front Range.

Here, you won’t spend your days buried in diligence rooms or drafting in the dark. You’ll lead deals, negotiate key terms, manage closings, and build lasting relationships with developers, investors, landlords, and lenders who value clarity and commercial instincts.

Ideal Fit :

• 3–10 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Interest in working across the full life cycle of deals
• Ability to manage projects, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively
• Desire for a long-term platform with partnership potential
