Your Impact
You will work closely with the Managing Attorney to align the firms operational strategy with our mission to provide the highest-quality client care. The COO will drive firm-wide performance by monitoring KPIs, streamlining internal systems, and building a high-performance team culture.

Responsibilities :
This position is primarily in-person in our firm's main office in Garner, NC.
Leadership & Culture
Act as a strategic partner to the Managing AttorneySet and enforce firm-wide performance metrics tied to client satisfaction, case resolution efficiency, and revenue targetsPromote a values-driven, client-focused workplace rooted in accountability and resultsOperations Management

Qualifications :
7+ years of experience in legal, medical, or professional services operations, with at least 3 years in an executive or leadership roleStrong leadership skills and proven ability to manage cross-functional teamsProficient in financial oversight, performance analysis, and project managementPrior experience setting and tracking operational KPIs in a professional services firmExceptional communication skills and commitment to client-centered thinkingFamiliarity with law firm technology platforms (e.g., Clio, QuickBooks, HRIS systems) is a strong plusExperience managing overseas employees preferredAbout Company
