Job description

Join a well-established, physician-owned group that values clinical independence and long-term patient relationships. This thriving private practice is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician to provide comprehensive adult primary care in a collegial, patient-centered setting.

Position Details :

  • Adult-Only Outpatient Practice : Focus exclusively on adult and geriatric patients with the flexibility to develop subspecialty interests (e.g., chronic disease management, preventive care).
  • Lifestyle-Friendly Schedule : 4-day workweek with phone-only call just twice per year means exceptional work / life balance.
  • Autonomy & Stability : Enjoy the independence of private practice with the backing of a collaborative team that's been trusted in the community for decades.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary plus productivity bonus and signing bonus
