• Complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, M&A litigation, and a wide range of other specialized litigation areas like IP, real estate, antitrust, and class actions
• Legal research, brief-writing, running document production, and discovery
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
• Hybrid work schedule
