• Average 1 surgery per day
• 100% hospital-based practice
• Patient mix : 95% pediatric, 4% neonate, 1% adult
• Performs complex cardiac and thoracic procedures
• No ER call required
• Less than 1% trauma cases
• Handles congenital defects and valvular repairs
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
