Patient Collections Specialist

A company is looking for a Patient Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Handle all functions related to the collection of payment on patient accounts

Communicate directly with patients regarding their financial responsibility for services

Manage inbound and outbound phone calls, answer questions, take payments, and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred

One year of clerical experience in a health care setting preferred

Experience in a call center environment preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
