Hourly Pay Range :

$57.69 - $75.77 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights :

• Position : Advanced Practice Provider (APN / PA) - Functional GI
• Function GI treats a group of disorders characterized by chronic gastrointestinal symptoms like abd ominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, or constipation in the absence of structural or biochemical abnormalities.
• Location : 1000 Central Street, Suite 717, Evanston, IL 60201
• Full Time / Part Time : Full-Time, 40 hours per week
• Hours : Monday - Friday between 8 : 00 a.m. and 5 : 00 p.m. No Weekends, No Evenings, No Call
• Required Travel : Potential travel to other clinics in cook / lake county
