Position Overview :

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Physical Therapist to become part of our team. In this role, you'll have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. Physical Therapist Requirements :

• Deliver physical therapy services to patients across nursing home, outpatient, and hospital inpatient settings.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (PT).
• CPR certification and BLS preferred.
• Work collaboratively with in-house providers to ensure optimal patient care.
• Manage a manageable caseload of approximately 8 patients each day.
• Possess basic computer skills and proficiency in typing.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities.
