PARAMEDIC salary is $53,498.35 annually, which includes F.L.S.A. Additional monetary incentives may apply. Typically shift work : 24 hours on / 48 hours off. Performs Advanced Life Support at emergency scenes.

• In the event of a hurricane, major storm, natural or man-made disaster that may threaten the area, the employee will be required to perform emergency duties as directed.

REQUIREMENTS : Must possess on thedate of written testing a valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) card from an approved provider PLUS a valid State of Florida Paramedic Certification and both must be maintained during the term of employment. Must possess a valid State of Florida Driver's license and maintain said license during the term of employment.
