Raytheon's Logistics Transformation Data Manager is responsible for assisting in developing and deployment of advanced data and reporting solutions to drive efficiency, cost savings, and strategic decision-making within the Logistics organization. This leader will oversee the integration of data analytics into logistics operations, ensuring a standardized and scalable approach to problem-solving across the enterprise. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader who can drive cross-functional collaboration, optimize processes through data-driven insights, and champion continuous improvement initiatives at the organizational level.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the companys performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
