Early Childhood Behavior Assistant

We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Behavior Assistant to join our Junior Explorers preschool team, working with 3-5 year olds!

In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with a child who needs extra support to engage in daily routines and activities.

You’ll help create a positive, inclusive classroom experience that allows every child to thrive.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and is interested in early childhood education, behavioral support, or special education.

Your Role Will Include :

• Support one preschool-aged child in daily classroom activities and transitions.
• Provide gentle guidance and supervision during structured and unstructured play.
• Model and reinforce positive behavior and social skills.
• Collaborate with the lead teacher and classroom team to promote a nurturing, safe environment.
• Assist with creating an engaging and inclusive learning experience for all children.
