ICP Group is looking to hire a Site Level EHS Manager for multiple facilities located in Tampa, FL .  The Site Level EHS Manager will have facility oversight and lead the implementation of EHS management systems for ICP Building Solutions Group offices and manufacturing centers in Tampa, FL.  The position is office-based in Tampa, FL with the ability to travel overnight to other locations up to 25% of the time. This position will report to the Regional EHS Manager for this territory.

You will be a member of the plant leadership teams and assist in implementing process safety, occupational safety, employee health, industrial hygiene, behavioral based safety, and environmental compliance programs.  The Site Level EHS Manager will work closely with the corporate EHS Team to ensure regulatory compliance with applicable regulations (including but not limited to EPA, OSHA, DOT) and standardized processes across the organization.

This is a hands-on role.  You will be expected to :

• Proactively manage risks and mitigate hazards for the company.

Monitor regulatory compliance; monitor and update programs as appropriate.

Develop, schedule, execute and track employee EHS training, including but not limited to New Hire Employee Orientation, temporary employee onboarding Lock Out Tag Out, Emergency Response, Confined Space Entry, PPE, Electrical Safety, etc.

Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills are a must.

Perform inspections including fire extinguisher, eye wash, safety shower, SPCC, SWPPP, RCRA, etc.

Serve as point of contact for regulatory agency inspections.

Champion efforts to proactively address EH&S related issues through safety observations, near miss reporting, hazard identification reporting and facility inspections.
