As a successful Manager, Communications & Social Media, you will drive revenue through creation and execution of cardholder acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns supporting the Money Network (prepaid) portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, deploying and analyzing social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives, experience in overall campaign execution as well as a proven record of interacting and partnering with senior level key stakeholders and / or clients on a frequent basis.

What you will do :

• Own and drive strategy for all Money Network cardholder communications and marketing programs, (mostly digital.)
• Manage contract development with agencies to set and align expectations around the deliverables, standards, requirements, cost estimations, process and milestones
• Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns, develop success metrics and monitor results of every marketing initiative for which they are responsible
• Responsible for advertising, branding, product launches, acquisition / retention programs and associated ROI justification
• Oversee digital marketing analytics / reporting for the portfolio, showing the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.
• Work with vendors and internal creative services to develop marketing collateral. Knowledge of design programs and printing a plus.
• Great project management skills to manage a complex large project or multiple small complex projects
