We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC vertical mill operator to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC vertical milling machines to produce precision components according to specifications.

Responsibilities :

A CNC vertical mill operator's responsibilities include setting up and operating machines according to specifications, reading blueprints and work orders, selecting tooling, monitoring operations, and inspecting finished parts. They also perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, follow safety protocols, and document production.

Qualifications :

• Typical qualifications include a high school diploma, with certification or vocational training in CNC machining preferred.
• Experience operating CNC vertical mill machines or similar roles is necessary.
• Key skills involve interpreting technical drawings, proficiency with CNC vertical mills and controls, knowledge of machining techniques, and familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
• Basic computer skills, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are also important.
• The role may require physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must Have 5 + years of experience required.
• Set-up, program (Part Master Pro), and Operate CNC machines.
• Perform daily maintenance and run multiple machines as needed.
• Strong blueprint reading, inspection, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be proficient with manual / digital micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.

Hours : Monday - Thursday (6 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm)

Pay : $20.00 - $25.00 hourly
