Responsibilities

  • Proactively lead the practice by setting strategy, driving new business development, and providing technical advice across disciplines.
  • Build strong networks within the firm to identify and capitalize on project opportunities across various business units and sectors.
  • Identify and discuss key issues with clients to uncover potential opportunities.
  • Manage day-to-day client communications.
  • Shape and deliver projects that exceed client expectations and meet quality standards.
  • Manage large projects by developing the team, assessing risks, driving conclusions, and reviewing outputs.
  • Oversee engagement financials.
  • Contribute to team growth through training and coaching.

About You

  • Degree qualifications in accounting or business from recognized universities, or professional accounting certifications.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in global accounting firms, with expertise in financial due diligence and M&A processes.
  • Proven leadership in providing transaction-related services to large companies and private equity clients.
  • Experience in interviewing management and assessing earnings quality, assets, and cash flows.
  • Experience working in Southeast Asia is a plus but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and solution formulation.
  • Enthusiasm for teamwork across geographies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel.
