Outside/Inside Sales Representative (Brooklyn)

Sales Representative

Weekly Salary, 401K plus generous profit sharing, Health Insurance, Quarterly Bonuses, and reimbursement of expenses.

Job Overview:

We are looking to add a Sales Representative at a full-service supplier of plumbing and replacement parts located in Central Brooklyn. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and promoting products and services. You will provide personalized service to customers, helping them find solutions that meet their needs. Knowledge of our industry is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers in selecting the right products and services based on their needs.
Explain product features, pricing, and options to customers clearly and confidently.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns, providing solutions in a timely manner.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

Must have clear background
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Passion for learning and helping customers find solutions.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to perform basic math for transaction purposes.
