Pay : $50,000 / year

As a Recovery Coach, youll have a dynamic and critical providing peer-to-peer services in the community and at our extended care facilities. The Recovery Coach will also find and participate in the development of community resources; provide coaching and support recoverees in directing their own recovery, staff training, and liaison with the management of assigned sites as needed.

Some of your critical responsibilities :

• Delivers coaching services at assigned sites ensuring that services follow professional standards including all written documentation and maintenance of client records as required by third-party payors and VOA.
• Provides coaching, advocating, and liaising to extended care facilities in order to maintain and expand these programs whenever possible.
• Recovery Coaches who achieve full-time status are required to maintain an active billable caseload of thirty (30) hours per week on average (calculated quarterly minimum). Five minimum contacts per month with each assigned client.
• Participates in planning and developing of Recovery Wellness Plan.
• Maintains records according to VOA Policies and Procedures, completing all documentation and billing in a timely manner.
• Coordinates with external referrals sources in order to build and maintain target caseload.
• Provides other services as may be requested.
