Healthcare Organization : An acute care facility offering a wide range of services, including heart and vascular care, cancer treatment, surgery, orthopedics, women's and children's health, and more.

Opportunity : Locum Urology Coverage Needed

• Physician will be covering as a UroHospitalist
• 24- Hour Call Coverage included
• Rounding on In-Patients, performing procedures as needed, and responding to consults as called upon
• Standard urology procedures include : stone care, stents, caths, cystoscopes, torsions (pediatrics included), incidental appendectomy, adrenal surgery, hernia repair, endourology procedures, hand assisted laparoscopic nephrectomy, etc.
• MUST be comfortable with trauma / open procedures i.e. gun shot wounds that involves kidneys or testicles, stab wounds, bladder repair, etc.
• McLeod Regional operates as a level 1 trauma center and is a very busy and large facility
• No APP support on weekends
• EMR - EPIC
