Job description

Are you a Concrete Estimator looking for a stable company, complex projects, and a team that values accuracy, ownership, and long-term growth?

I’m partnering with a well-established concrete contractor that is expanding their preconstruction team due to a strong project pipeline across commercial, industrial, manufacturing, tilt-wall, structural concrete, and large sitework packages .

What You’ll Work On

Structural concrete packages
Foundations, slabs, footings, retaining walls
Tilt-wall, podium, industrial floors
Parking decks, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities
Civil / site concrete packages (sidewalks, curbs, paving, flatwork)

Key Responsibilities

Perform detailed takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipment

Review plans, specs, RFIs, addenda, and scope sheets

Build competitive budgets and proposals

Solicit and evaluate vendor / subcontractor pricing

Identify scope gaps, risks, and value engineering opportunities

Work directly with project managers and field teams for seamless handoff

Ideal Background

3–15+ years estimating in concrete construction

Experience with structural, commercial, industrial, tilt-wall, or large sitework

Strong plan / spec review skills

Proficient with Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift, or similar tools

Reliable, detail-oriented, and confident in building accurate cost models

Salary & Benefits

? $90,000 – $140,000+ (based on experience)
