Job description

J&R Schugel is Now Hiring CDL-A Refrigerated Truck Drivers

Earn $78,000 - $90,000 per Year

  • $500 Onboarding Bonus
  • No-Touch Freight

Drive top-notch 2016 & newer refrigerated trailers, hauling dairy, frozen goods, and other temperature-controlled products across the lower 48. With our Reefer Pay Package, you'll earn more on your base pay while moving premium freight with steady miles. We offer multiple home-time options based on your location and keep you rolling in comfort with late-model equipment. If you're a pro CDL-A driver ready to run refrigerated freight and cash in, we're ready for you.

CDL-A Refrigerated Truck Driver Pay & Miles :

  • Earn $0.625 - $0.71 CPM
  • Earn $78,000 - $90,000 per year
  • Veterans earn an additional $0.01 CPM
  • CDL-A drivers average 2,200 - 2,500+ miles per week
  • $500 onboarding bonus
  • $1,000 vacation pay
  • Bi-annual compensation reviews + unlimited referral incentives - $2,000 per driver
  • Detention, layover & stop pay
  • Includes monthly performance sign-on pay during your first 6 months : $0.025 CPM (under 3 yrs exp.) or $0.05 CPM (3+ yrs exp.), based on miles & safe driving. Must be employed and in working status at payout. Bonuses are taxed as regular earnings.)
  • Estimated annual earnings based on an average of 2,500 miles per week, including performance incentives.)

    • CDL-A Refrigerated Truck Driver Requirements :

  • Valid CDL-A, 21+
  • At least 1 year of experience preferred; 6 months minimum required
  • Refrigerated experience
  • Safe driving record
