McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South Central Regions, has an opening for a APEX Technology Support Engineer (Machine Control Technician) .

The Technology Support Engineer is responsible for the after-sale performance and technical support of all SmartGrade™ and integrated grade control equipped machines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not in order of priority) :

• Support construction sites for automated machine control and construction layout
• Support, diagnose and repair SmartGradeTM and related grade control issues.
• Communicate effectively with John Deere, General Manager and Territory Managers in your respective area to promote, demo train and sell SmartGradeTM machines.
• Complete & maintain all OEM and government certifications expected or required.
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
