Junior Research Analyst

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in business (finance, org behaviour, marketing), economicsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsReport writing skills3-5 years of relevant work experiencePosition Responsibilities
Partnering and liaise with different Group entities to support in their operationsConducting market research and studying market trends to support projectsEvaluating the practices and market behavior of industry leaders / competitorsHosting and coordinating meetings including scheduling, drafting the agenda, driving the meeting to accomplish the agenda and distributing meeting minutesPreparing communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondencesWriting and editing communications including letters, reports, legal documentsCreating and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physicalMaintaining accurate record of research along with confidentialityDesired Competencies
Demonstrated ability to be organized and work both independently and within a team, with strong attention to detail and strong project management skillsAbility to positively influence others and to break down organizational silosExcellent written and verbal communication skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and presenting to leadershipAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Visio, Excel, Project, Access, and PowerPointAble to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where small teams share a broad variety of dutiesTakes ownership and responsibility for current and past work products
