Job description

Our client is an Oil and Gas Service Company.

We are seeking a Sales Representative responsible for representing the company’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

Outside Sales :

  • Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and client engagement
  • Conduct regular outreach to existing and prospective clients
  • Analyze field data to refine sales tactics and territory plans
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and site personnel
  • Perform site evaluations to align client needs with appropriate solutions
  • Address client concerns promptly while fostering long-term partnerships
  • Participate in client risk assessments and industry networking events

Inside Sales :

  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals and quotations
  • Support cross-selling and assist with quoting as needed
  • Direct rental inquiries and sales documentation to appropriate teams
  • Account Management :

  • Maintain consistent communication with current clients
  • Oversee project budgets and manage purchase order adjustments
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
  • Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Highly proactive and driven to generate new business opportunities with a customer solution approach
  • Exceptionally organized with strong follow-through.
  • Natural “hunter” with a hands-on, field-based sales approach.
  • Strong preference for face-to-face engagement and relationship building.
  • Well-connected within the oil & gas sector, ideally with a background in oilfield services
