Compensation :
70,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Manage our sales team by creating a sales plan for each sales representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing ongoing training programs to set the team up for success
- Continue company growth by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs
- Determine our sales strategies and sales objectives to hit our sales goals
- Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to ensure we are meeting their needs
- Evaluate the team’s sales performance and offer advice on continuous improvement
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales departmentDemonstrates a proven track record of success in salesMust possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar majorStrong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills7-10 years of prior mortgage experience running a branch is requiredAbout Company
