Our Dietary Services team supports patient care by preparing and serving well-balanced, nutritious meals with care and attention. Whether working behind the scenes in the kitchen or delivering meals to patient rooms, they play an essential role in the hospital experience. We’re a small hospital with a big heart, and we're looking for a dedicated Food Service Worker to help us make a difference—one tray at a time.

The Food Service Worker supports daily kitchen operations including meal prep, tray assembly, dishwashing, and sanitation. This role ensures patients, staff, and visitors receive meals that meet dietary guidelines and safety standards. You’ll work closely with our dietary staff to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient food service environment.

Essential Functions

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

SERV Safe Certified

Experience

Food service, preferably in a health care setting but not required

Pre-Employment Requirements

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and health clearance which includes a physical exam, TB testing, and immunization review.
