About The Position

Aza Health -

  • Thursday 8 : 00AM - 6 : 30PM and no weekends!

  • Call Schedule : Phone call only, about once a month

Compensation : Annual salary is negotiable depending on experience with a potential range of $200,000-$240,000. This is dependent on hours worked and productivity.

    • Additional Info : JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Provide quality care with an average patient volume of 18-21 patients per day, offering telehealth to our distanced community, mitigating high no-now show rates or reschedules
  • 4-day workweek with 10 hour shfits
  • You will play a critical role within our community, providing not only primary care services but also preventive care.
  • With our given population, you will witness growth within our community and limit complex cases from advancing, keeping our community healthy and limiting their need for emergency or hospital-based resources

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • All FM providers must be able to see patients within the full lifespan (birth to adult)
