A company is looking for an Insurance Verification Specialist to verify life and health insurance applications remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to verify and document information for underwriting assessment
Use the Quality Assurance database to assess additional customer information needed
Maintain communication with management regarding actions taken within the Quality Assurance database
Required Qualifications
Minimum typing requirement of 35 wpm
Proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of medical terminology and spelling is a plus
Ability to work full-time and / or part-time based on position specifications
Desire to learn and grow within the company
