The Role

The R&D team sustaining team requires an experienced Engineer III to support the life cycle of our Enteral Feeding medical devices. This candidate must possess strong technical leadership skills, with an understanding and working experience in design controls, PDP, and identifying customer unmet needs. This candidate is expected to strategize, formalize, and lead the execution of technical plans for design changes and product improvements. The candidate will establish and maintain a relationship with our manufacturing sites and support plant personnel in the implementations of new or upgraded manufacturing processes, as well as assisting in technical aspects of new product commercialization.
