Job description

New Holland Family Medicine , located in New Holland, Pennsylvania , is seeking a full-time, board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established and supportive team.

  • Join a collaborative group of 5 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
  • Patient-centered, goal-oriented approach to care
  • Team assists patients in navigating healthcare services, financial and community resources, and specialty referrals
  • A great opportunity for physicians passionate about comprehensive, relationship-based primary care

Primary Responsibilities

Qualified individuals must be able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to :

  • Evaluate and consult with patients to determine appropriate treatment plans
  • Order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests
  • Monitor medication use, results, and side effects
  • Administer / prescribe treatments, therapies, medications, and vaccines
  • Educate patients about diagnoses, procedures, test results, and treatments
  • Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, social workers, pharmacists, therapists, and more
  • Refer patients to specialists when appropriate

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency
