Injection Mold Maintenance and Repair Technician

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED required; technical / vocational training in mold making or industrial maintenance is a plus
• Several years of experience in mold maintenance and repair in an injection molding environment
• Strong understanding of mold construction including hot runner systems hydraulic / pneumatic actuated tools and multi-cavity molds
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints tool drawings and technical documents
• Proficient in the use of precision measuring tools (micrometers calipers indicators etc.)
• Experience using manual machining equipment (grinders lathes mills) is highly preferred
• Fluency in English
