Join Gundersen Health System and help patients heal rejuvenate and restore confidence through advanced medical skin care treatments. As a Medical Skin Care Technician you will work independently with limited oversight from a Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon providing specialized care for patients with skin conditions trauma and aging concerns.
Whats Available :
Full-time position 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly)
8-hour shifts between 7 AM and 5 PM Monday-Friday

What do you need :
High School Diploma or equivalent
Wisconsin Aesthetician License (AESTH) or Cosmetology License (COSMETOLOG)
Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (hands-on learning) from AHA or Red Cross
34 years of experience providing aesthetician services
Desired :
Advanced training in aesthetic specialties
24 years of experience in a medical aesthetician role within a physician practice or healthcare system
What you will do :
Provide LOVE MEDICINE through advanced skin care treatments such as microneedling / PRP chemical peels HydraFacial dermaplaning and microdermabrasion.
Educate patients on proper skin care techniques sun precautions and pre / post-treatment instructions.
Perform consultations and skin analysis recommending treatment plans and home care regimens.
Maintain competency through ongoing education and vendor training.
Ensure safe equipment operation and compliance with OSHA and infection control standards.
Document patient care accurately in EMR systems and maintain HIPAA compliance.
