Who Were Looking For :

Were seeking enthusiastic, reliable team players with experience working with children who are excited to be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.

This role is ideal if you :

  • Have experience working with kids and genuinely enjoy being around them
  • Preferably have 15 years of experience in a classroom, daycare, camp, or teaching setting
  • Want to build a long-term career in early education or enrichment
  • Are comfortable leading fitness-based or creative activities (we provide training)
  • Are dependable, organized, and comfortable interacting with both children and parents
  • Are open to helping with events, birthday parties, and seasonal programs
  • Enjoy keeping a clean, safe, and upbeat environment for learning and fun

  • Grown-Up & Me Classes
  • Big Kid Fitness & Ninja Classes
  • Studio Art & Creative Workshops
  • Japanese Language & Cultural Activities
  • Gymnastics & Movement-Based Learning
  • Birthday Parties & Parents Night Out Events

    • Position Details :

  • Part-Time to Start : 1520 hours / week

    • Includes at least one weekend shift)

  • Potential to move into full-time hours after training and performance review
  • Weekly Staff Training : Thursdays, 12 : 30 PM 4 : 00 PM
  • CPR Certification required (or willingness to obtain bonus offered!)
  • Tech familiarity a plus : Microsoft Office, Canva, basic computer skills

    • Compensation & Perks :

  • Starting Wage : $15$17 / hr during initial 2-week probation / training period

    • Starting pay may vary based on experience. Most trained team members earn $14$20 / hr depending on role and performance.)
