About the Role
The Company is seeking a President to oversee the general management of its global organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a robust business plan, managing P&L, and leading a diverse team of professionals. Key responsibilities include business planning and strategy, P&L management, operational management, leadership and people management, commercial and customer relations, and external representation. The ideal candidate for the President position at the company will have a minimum of 20 years of experience in the chemical industry, with at least 10 years in a leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field is required, with a preference for an MBA or equivalent advanced degree. The role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, financial acumen, and a thorough understanding of the chemical market, specifically polyolefins. The candidate should be adept at fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement, and be able to effectively communicate the company's vision to both internal and external stakeholders. Experience in SAP is preferred, and the role may involve national and international travel.
