Job descriptionStrong Microsoft office skills. 5+ years experience in construction project management, ideally in cast-in-place concrete Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on proactive risk management. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Ensure completion of projects on schedule and within budget.
- Review contract scope.
- Provide all contract administration including RFI's, pay applications, submittals.
- Process change order request
- Process all paperwork submitted to accounting to include job invoices, save / loss reports, billing projections, etc.
- Conduct regular site inspections and attend GC meetings as needed.
- Work with estimating department as needed on upcoming projects or drawing revision changes.
- Maintain good customer relations.
