• Work evening shifts with flexible hours : 11 : 00 AM-11 : 00 PM, 1 : 00 PM-1 : 00 AM, or 3 : 00 PM-3 : 00 AM based on facility needs
• Weekly guaranteed hours of 36 or 48 hours (must be specified on submission)
• 13-week assignment length
• Auto-offer position with no block schedules accommodated
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• No call requirements
• Work in 68-bed emergency department with 4 : 1 patient ratios (ratios not guaranteed during surge conditions)
• Required to wear black scrubs with professional attire standards
• Must have current RN license eligible for Missouri licensure
• Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA only), TNCC, NIHSS (may obtain prior to start)
• 1 year emergency department experience in Level 1 trauma facility OR 2 years in Level 2 trauma facility required
• Experience with trauma, pediatrics, high acuity patients, and 200 patients per day preferred
• Work with EPIC EMR system
• No float requirements
• Must be determined, decisive, and flexible personality fit
• Night shift orientation conducted on day shift with full week availability required
• RTO must be made up on back end, holiday RTO limited to one per assignment
