Position Summary :

As a key member of the NBCRNA Marketing & Communications team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will manage NBCRNA's digital channels including the NBCRNA website, email, and automated voice messaging, and execute outreach campaigns on behalf of the organization. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong technical aptitude, creativity, and the ability to manage short-term and long-term projects.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required :

• Demonstrated competency using email marketing platforms such as HubSpot. ACGI email experience a plus!
• Experience with website Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Sitefinity.
• Front end HTML experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Association Relationship Management programs.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with Adobe Photoshop and / or Canva.

High level of integrity in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.

We are currently offering a hybrid work schedule with three days in our office near O'Hare and two days working remotely.

Salary Range : $70,000 - $75,000
